1) Speed Technology Co .Ltd are authorized selling our Netpoint thin client management system (in English) V5.0 (including Netpoint serial software), and authorizes selling related other software. The copyright registration certificate number of the computer software is 074416, and the registration mark is 2007SR08421
2) Speed Technology Co. Ltd on are authorized as our company developing agents, or submiting a bid, and they are authorized to sign and perform the contract after successful bidding.
3) The authorized party prohibits making any software reverse engineering, such as anti-assemblying, tracking, or damaging the integrity of the software including the program code, data etc.
4) The authorized party must guarantee the legality of the software ownership, and  undertake all the legal responsibility for related issue, the authorization still remain valid when the software updated or upgraded which is caused the edition of the software changed
